Talent Acquisition Specialist Role SummaryWe are seeking a driven and detail-oriented professional to fill key talent acquisition roles. As a Senior Executive Sourcer, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and building pipelines of high-quality candidates for niche and strategic positions. Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business needs and define sourcing strategies for active and future requirementsUtilize various sourcing methods including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, employee referrals, talent communities, and market mappingDesign and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent across various functions and levelsMaintain ownership of the sourcing process from identification through screening and handover to hiring teams. Ensure timely delivery on open requisitions by meeting defined service level agreements and quality benchmarks. Build and manage candidate pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill positions. Coordinate interview scheduling with stakeholders and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
