**Talent Acquisition, Talent Sourcer** **Job Summary** **Specific responsibilities include **(but are not limited to)**: - screening techniques - Coordinating with stakeholders and hiring managers to determine position requirements - Building and developing ongoing talent pipelines for future hiring needs and strategic roles - Execute strategies for employee referrals program and process improvements - Promoting our employer brand online and offline - Communicating with past applicants regarding new job opportunities - Ideate and execute introduction of new alternative sourcing channels - Ad Hoc recruitment duties as required - Bachelor's Degree with 1-3 years of Talent sourcing/acquisition experience - Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) - Good business acumen to learn and understand the business and associated recruitment needs - A great team player with a strong sense of urgency and solid problem-solving skills - A flexible approach and ability to operate in a fast-moving and demanding environment - High level of attitude awareness, positive energy and hungry for success - Ability to quickly gain an understanding of the business needs and strategy and articulate the needs of a position - Demonstrated competence in thinking strategically, analytically, conceptually, and willing to be hands-on throughout daily activities - A flexible approach and ability to operate in a fast-moving and demanding environment - Ability to translate business requirements into strategic talent acquisition actions with positive, measurable business impact - Working experience with Applicant Tracking Systems is a plus (Greenhouse) - Applicants with agency experience is an advantage **About GLG / Gerson Lehrman Group** - GLG is the world's insight network.
