**Role - Junior Talent Acquisition Executive**

**Responsibilities**
Managing the recruitment process including sourcing, screening, scheduling, sharing calendar invites, follow-ups, and assisting in closures.
Assisting senior recruiters in managing hiring manager expectations, and developing processes around hiring people.
Working closely with the team to improve sourcing strategies.

**Minimum Qualifications, Skills & Competencies**
6 months to 2 years of experience as a sourcer in a fast-growing company.
Be independent and self-driven.
Possess the ability to be extremely creative and innovative, maximizing the use of available resources.
Both in-house or RPO experience is acceptable.

**Preferred Qualifications, Skills & Competencies**
Previous experience of sourcing for tech and non-tech roles.
Previous experience of working on ATS.

**Location**: Mumbai
**Reporting To**: Talent Acquisition Specialist
**Joining Date**: Immediate to 15 Days

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
