**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop Talent pipelines for future hiring needs in CRM.
- Ask for referrals from current employees and external networks to build Talent Pipelines.
- Promote our employer brand online and offline through various channels.
- Manage recruitment outreach efforts through the use of a recruitment marketing platform with the ability to measure ROI

**Preferred Qualifications**:
**Experience and skill set**:

- Min 4 years of Recruiting experience-majorly in talent identification and sourcing is required.
- Proven work experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role
- Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and familiar with Boolean search strings, cold calling, etc.)
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Effective time-management abilities.

**Minimum Qualifications**:
Any Bachelors/Master’s degree would be required for this role or relevant work experience.
