Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role is critical in building strong pipelines of niche technical talent, with a primary focus on hardcore sourcing for cloud, data engineering, AI/ML, and other specialized technical roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct end-to-end sourcing for niche and critical roles across cloud, data, and AI/ML domains.
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline using advanced sourcing techniques including LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Boolean searches, communities, and referrals.
  • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and skill priorities.
  • Engage passive candidates and create a compelling candidate experience.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records in ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
  • Track and report sourcing metrics, continuously optimizing sourcing strategies.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor hiring patterns.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Proven experience in hardcore sourcing for technical roles in cloud, data, or AI/ML domains.
  • Strong proficiency in Boolean search, X-ray search, and creative sourcing strategies.
  • Ability to map talent markets and identify passive candidates.
  • Excellent communication and candidate engagement skills.
  • Self-motivated, result-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
  • Familiarity with ATS, CRMs, and sourcing tools.
