Job Overview:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will assist in the recruitment process, sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for a variety of roles. You will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process, from creating job postings to maintaining candidate communication, all while developing your skills and knowledge in talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing Candidates: Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, and other sourcing platforms.
  • Job Postings: Create and post job advertisements on relevant platforms to attract qualified candidates for open positions.
  • Candidate Screening: Review resumes and applications, conduct initial screening calls, and schedule interviews for hiring managers.
  • Interview Coordination: Assist in organizing and scheduling interviews, ensuring smooth communication between candidates and interviewers.
  • Candidate Communication: Maintain positive communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, keeping them informed of their application status.
  • Recruitment Administration: Support the team with administrative tasks related to recruitment, including maintaining candidate records and updating the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Employer Branding: Contribute to promoting the companys employer brand through social media and recruitment campaigns.
  • Support Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and help ensure a streamlined hiring process.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, , or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience: Previous internship or entry-level experience in HR, recruitment, Lateral Hiring

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
