SOURCING SPECIALIST

Position Summary

The Sourcing Specialist is responsible for identifying and engaging qualified candidates to support recruitment efforts. This role utilizes various sourcing channels and tools to build candidate pipelines and collaborates with recruiters and hiring managers to meet hiring needs.

What You Will Do

  • Use job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach to source potential candidates.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies for open positions.
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future roles.
  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand position requirements.
  • Track and report on sourcing metrics and effectiveness.
  • Support diversity and inclusion sourcing initiatives.
  • Stay updated on industry sourcing trends and best practices.

To Be Successful You Will Have

  • Experience in talent sourcing or recruitment support.
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools, platforms, and techniques.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively.
  • Commitment to diversity and inclusion in recruitment.
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • Certification in sourcing or recruitment is a plus.
  • Experience with high-volume or specialized recruitment.
