ROLES & RESPONSIBILTIES:

  • Utilize job portals like Naukri, timejobs, indeed, linkedIn etc., to self source qualified candidates for senior level positions.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Coordinate with overseas sales teams and clients through verbal and written communication.
  • Arrange and schedule physical and virtual interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Collaborate with Soundlines operations teams to understand their needs and source candidate accordingly.
  • Flexibility to travel for interviews, if required.
  • Coordinate projects with India operations HODs ensuring effective communication and timely completion of tasks.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sourcing Specialist or similar role.
  • Expertise in using job portals.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate with overseas sales teams and clients.
  • Excellent organizational and time managements skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
