Key Responsibilities:

  • Source potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other networking platforms.
  • Screen resumes to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for open roles.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and track sourcing metrics.
  • Coordinate with recruiters to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Engage with passive candidates to build long-term talent pipelines.
  • Support end-to-end recruitment activities including scheduling interviews and follow-ups (as required).
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and professionalism.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree.
  • 1–4 years of experience in sourcing or recruitment.
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, etc.).
  • Strong communication and networking skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferred.
