**Job Summary**:

- Contact Compensation

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Determines, evaluates and recommends internet-based strategies for assigned requisition.

Supporting various requirements in terms of CV sourcing.

Application of Boolean search to search for the right talent available in the market.
- Coordinates internet postings and develops effective position descriptions.
- Provides database maintenance and technical trouble shooting.
- Works on HR projects as assigned.

**Management Responsibilities**:
**Preferred Qualifications**:

- 4+ years of experience in the field of recruitment.

Industry experience: Recruitment experience for the EPC industry catering to Oil & Gas, Power, Refinery, Petrochemical projects.

Should be well versed in CV sourcing, Application of Boolean search, utilizing various mediums in terms of identifying the right talent.

Should be good in referencing.
- BA or BS degree in Supply Chain/Purchasing, Business, Technical / Engineering, Construction Management, Pre-Law or related field (preferred)
- Relevant experience may be substituted for a degree
- Preferred Skills:. Basic Analytics - Creation and Interpretation. Strong Attention to Detail. Proficient Communication - Written and Oral. Proficient Computer - Database and MS Office. Strong Contract Comprehension. Proficient Data Entry. Basic Mathematics. Proficient Organizing Data. Proficient Problem Solving
