Primabiz is seeking an experienced B2B Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The

involves engaging with potential and existing clients to promote our consulting services,

generate leads, and nurture client relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to introduce Primabiz’s

consulting services.
- Understand customer needs and provide relevant solutions.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule follow-ups to maintain client interest.
- Build strong client relationships through effective communication and regular

interactions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions, and feedback in the CRM

system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align client expectations with services offered.
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads, and sales.

**Desired Skills and Experience**:

- Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or a similar role (preferably in consulting

or B2B services).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office.
- Self-motivated, result-driven, and able to work independently.

**Education Requirements**:

- UG: Any Graduate
- PG: Postgraduate (Preferred but not mandatory)
