- Generating and converting leads for **travel bookings**:

- Recommending tour packages to potential customers
- Promoting and selling **authentic Kashmiri products** from our online store
- Handling customer queries and closing sales via phone, WhatsApp, and online platforms

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead generation through various online and offline channels
- Follow up with leads and convert them into sales (travel and e-commerce)
