**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented **Business Relationship Executive (Counselor Profile)** who will be responsible for connecting with prospective students, understanding their needs, and guiding them to choose the right academic programs offered by our institute.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand student requirements and guide them on course details, admission process, and eligibility.
- Maintain relationships with potential leads and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Convert leads into admissions by effectively communicating the benefits of programs.
- Maintain CRM data and prepare regular reports on inquiries and follow-ups.
- Work closely with the admissions and marketing teams to meet enrollment targets.
- Provide accurate information about courses, pricing, financing options, etc.

**Key Skills & Requirements**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain relationships.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Good negotiation and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge
- Graduation in any field

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
