Experience -2-3 years of experience in the E-commerce sector.

**Job Description**:
As an E-commerce Logistics Executive, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the end-to-end logistics operations for our e-commerce business. Your primary responsibilities include ensuring the seamless flow of goods from suppliers to customers, optimizing transportation, warehousing, and order fulfillment processes. Your contributions will directly impact customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
Order Fulfillment: Manage the entire order fulfillment process, from order receipt to delivery, ensuring utmost accuracy and timeliness.

Inventory Management: Maintain optimal inventory levels, closely monitor stock movements, and conduct regular stock audits to ensure efficient stock control.

Supplier Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers to streamline procurement, quality control, and delivery processes for enhanced efficiency.

Shipping and Freight Management: Select the most cost-effective and reliable shipping methods, and effectively manage relationships with carriers to ensure smooth transportation.

Warehousing: Efficiently manage all warehousing operations, including storage, order picking, and packing, to ensure an organized and efficient warehouse.

Returns Handling: Develop and implement a robust system for handling product returns, including inspections, restocking, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Quality Control: Implement and monitor quality control processes for all outgoing shipments to maintain high product quality standards.

Documentation: Ensure all shipping and customs documentation is accurate and compliant with regulations.

Data Analysis: Utilize data and analytics to continuously optimize logistics processes, reduce costs, and enhance delivery speed.

Customer Service: Address customer inquiries related to order tracking, delivery schedules, and returns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Logistic Partners: Identify and onboard new Logistic Partners, coordinate and manage their payment, agreements, and logistics processes effectively.

**Skills**:
e-commerce logistics and supply chain management.

Strong knowledge of logistics software, inventory management systems, and e-commerce platforms.

Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.

Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Familiarity with customs regulations and international shipping is a plus.
