GTF Technologies is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented **Client Success Executive**to support our growing Performance Marketing team. This role is ideal for someone with 6 months to 1 year of experience in digital marketing or client servicing. You'll play a key role in assisting senior team members, managing client communication, and supporting campaign execution across platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads. This is a great opportunity to learn and grow in a fast-paced agency environment.

**Key Technical Skills**
- Basic knowledge of **Google Ads** and **Meta Ads Manager**:

- Familiarity with **Google Analytics** and **Google Tag Manager**:

- Understanding of performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, etc.)
- Exposure to **A/B Testing** and campaign optimization techniques
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting

**Key Responsibilities**

1. **Client Communication & Support**
- Assist in maintaining client relationships through timely communication
- Understand client objectives and support senior team members in meeting those goals

2. **Campaign Support & Coordination**
- Help with setting up and monitoring digital ad campaigns (Google, Meta)
- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, design, analytics) to ensure smooth campaign execution

3. **Performance Tracking & Reporting**
- Monitor ad performance and compile reports for client updates
- Provide insights and suggestions based on campaign results under guidance

4. **Learning & Development**
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends and tools
- Learn to handle small-scale campaigns independently over time

5. **Issue Escalation & Collaboration**
- Flag any issues or client concerns to senior team members promptly
- Collaborate with team members to find solutions and ensure campaign success

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in digital marketing, client servicing, or a similar field (internships count)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the digital marketing domain
- Familiarity with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, and Excel

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
