Performance Marketing Executive

End-to-end execution of digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, Programmatic, and other relevant platforms.- Analyse performance data to improve ROI.- Work closely with the cross-functional teams to meet client goals.- Prepare weekly/monthly reports with insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.- Support in A/B testing for creatives, audiences, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with the industry trends, best practices, and platform updates.
**Qualifications**:
- 6 month to 1 year of hands-on experience in digital campaign management (internships can be considered if extensive and relevant)- Experience in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and dashboarding tools.- Certification in Meta/Google Ads is a plus- Previous experience in a digital agency, in-house digital team, real-estate would be preferrable.- Ability to identify trends, problems, and opportunities in campaign data and act on them quickly- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment- Strong communication skills with a collaborative approach to working with multiple team.
