**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Position Title**: Executive-Performance Marketing

**Responsibilities**:

- **Performance Tracking**: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the success of marketing campaigns and strategies.
- **Data Analysis**: Use Excel to manage, analyze, and visualize data, providing actionable insights to improve campaign performance.
- **Reporting**: Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, including key metrics and recommendations for optimization.
- **Optimization**: Implement and test strategies to optimize campaign performance and maximize return on investment (ROI).
- **Market Research**: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing practices to support strategy development.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure cohesive execution of marketing strategies and objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- **Skills**:

- Strong analytical abilities with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts and tools.
- Ability to interpret performance data and provide actionable recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- **Experience**: Previous internship or academic experience in marketing or data analysis is advantageous but not mandatory.
