_**Responsibilities-**_
- Generate analytics reports from various campaigns and extract actionable insights to optimize performance.
- Contribute to developing and implementing campaign strategies for clients, ensuring alignment with their goals and objectives.
- Execute campaigns on platforms such as HubSpot, Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc., following best practices and guidelines.
- Monitor campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and make recommendations for optimization.
- Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to inform campaign strategies and tactics.
- **Qualifications-**_
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in Performance Marketing or related roles is required.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
