Performance Marketing Executive

**Position Overview**:
The Performance Marketer will be responsible for driving growth through paid media, performance campaigns, and data-driven marketing strategies. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, analytics, and optimization techniques to maximize ROI and user acquisition.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Paid Media Management**:
Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and other relevant paid platforms to drive customer acquisition.
- **Campaign Strategy**:
Develop, execute, and iterate on performance marketing strategies to achieve company KPIs (e.g., CPA, ROAS, LTV).
- **A/B Testing & Optimization**:
Design and run A/B tests on landing pages, ad creatives, and messaging to improve conversion rates and campaign performance.
- **Analytics & Reporting**:
Monitor, analyse, and report on key performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and other relevant platforms.
- **Budget Management**:
Allocate and manage ad budgets effectively, ensuring optimal spend and performance.
- **Collaboration**:
Work closely with the product, content, and design teams to create and implement successful campaigns that align with TapGro’s brand and growth goals.
- **User Segmentation & Retargeting**:
Utilize audience segmentation and retargeting strategies to nurture leads and maximize conversions.
- **SEO & SEM**:
Collaborate on SEO and SEM initiatives to improve organic traffic and enhance the overall digital marketing strategy.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a Performance Marketer or in a similar role.
- Expertise in managing PPC campaigns across Google, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, data dashboards, and other tracking tools.
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts, audience targeting, and retargeting techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Familiarity with SEO/SEM and marketing automation tools is a plus.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
