**Role Overview**

As a Sales Coach, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the sales capabilities of our team, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Your responsibilities will include implementing effective coaching strategies, fostering product knowledge, and driving sales performance. This role involves travel to multiple locations to coach sales representatives, store managers, and merchandisers across different zones and hubs.

**Key Responsibilities**

1. Route-to-Market Strategies:

- Collaborate with sales leadership to optimize route-to-market strategies.
- Provide guidance on effective distribution, shelf placement, and retail execution to maximize product visibility.
- Coach the team on merchandising best practices to enhance sales in diverse retail environments.

2. Performance Analysis:

- Analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct regular performance assessments to enhance sales effectiveness.
- Monitor the impact of promotions on sales and adjust coaching strategies accordingly.

3. Retailer Relationship Building:

- Assist the sales team in developing and maintaining strong relationships with key retailers and distributors.
- Provide coaching on negotiation skills and collaborative strategies to secure favorable shelf space and promotional opportunities.
- Ensure alignment between the brand s objectives and retailer expectations.

4. Promotional Strategy Implementation:

- Work closely with marketing teams to understand upcoming promotions and campaigns.
- Coach the sales team on effectively implementing strategies in alignment with promotional activities.

**Desired Skills-**
- FMCG industry experience is mandatory
- Excellent communication skills with a rating of 9/10
- Sales training experience is essential
- Proficiency in distribution and channel sales
- Age up to 55 years
- Notice period should not exceed 30 days
