**Job Brief**

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team in a pivotal role aimed at delivering various products and skill set training to our clients. Working closely with the Zonal business team, you will be responsible for ensuring quality delivery and self-KPIs management and improvement. Additionally, you will identify critical opportunities for improvement within the organization and facilitate necessary actions to address them. As the custodian of customer experience, you will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction by acting on Voice of Customer (VoC) feedback.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills are essential.
- Basic knowledge of sales/operations experience is preferred.
- Previous experience working with training organizations as a Sales/Behavioural/Product/Process trainer is required.
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint is necessary.
- Advanced knowledge of MBR/LFS Channel is advantageous.
- Effective training delivery and ownership are key attributes.
- Maximum age limit is 30 - 32 years.
- Experience professionals from the Watches/Fashion/apparel/telecom domain are preferred.
- High confidence and energy levels are required.
- Excellent verbal English and local language communication skills are necessary.
- Openness to travel to PAN India is a must.
- Clear vision and action plan for the initial 100 days are expected.
- Ability to bring new concepts of retail training to the table is desirable.
- Strong business acumen, customer focus, and team player mentality are essential.
- Basic data analytical skills are required.
- Drive for results, functional excellence, and a people development mindset are essential.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders at the zone level.
- Develop pre-journey plans in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Focus on increasing productivity in identified stores compared to the previous month.
- Execute 24 training man-days every month.
- Provide daily reporting in the training portal.
- Work individually with team members to enhance performance.
- Share post-training reports within 24 hours of batch completion.
- Regularly communicate market challenges.
- Stay updated with the latest products and processes.
- Ensure effective and quality training delivery for every training program.
- Maintain a trainer audit score 4.0 out of 5.
- Map the productivity of trained sales role holders and measure the impact.
