IT Trainer

We are looking for an experienced and proficient IT Trainer to join our Training Department.

As an IT Trainer, you should educate and teach technical and communication skills to our staff. You should be also able to identify the IT training needs in the organization and prepare an effective training curriculum as required. You should design and provide the necessary training to employees according to the latest technological trends.

Roles and responsibilities:
CRM Training & Implementation:
Conduct engaging training sessions on CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, and Zoho.

Workflow Optimization:
Help teams leverage CRM automation to improve sales, marketing, and customer service.

Support & Troubleshooting:
Assist employees iin resolving CRM-related issues and improving adoption.

Documentation & Guides:
Create training materials, user guides, and tutorials for internal and external use. Must have white board and experience in Power Point Presentation.

Customization & Best Practices: Ensure CRM platforms are set up and used effectively based on business needs.

What Were Looking For:
Bachelors/Masters in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields.

Excellent communication & presentation skills.

Must have good hands on PPT.

Ability to simplify complex processes & engage learners effectively.

A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Freshers with CRM knowledge and passion for training are also welcome to apply

Location: Remote

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
