**About the Role**:
Neuraleap Technology Group is looking for an experienced Trainer who can help our team improve their knowledge, and closing techniques. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys coaching others, creating training content, and driving performance through learning and development.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver training programs for new and existing team members.
- Use real-time feedback to coach team members and improve their performance
- Track training outcomes and suggest improvements based on results
- Create reports and performance dashboards using Excel
- Design and present engaging training modules using PowerPoint

**What We’re Looking For**:

- 1 to 2 years of experience as a Trainer
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Advanced Excel skills
- Expertise in PowerPoint for creating training presentations
- Self-driven and able to manage training independently
- Available to join immediately

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
