Trainer - Tally

**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct engaging and practical training sessions in Marathi using TallyPrime
- Cover key TallyPrime modules, including:

- Company creation and setup
- Ledger and group creation
- Day-to-day voucher entries (Sales, Purchase, Payment, Receipt, etc.)
- GST configuration and related transactions
- Inventory management
- Payroll fundamentals
- Bank reconciliation
- TDS/TCS and other statutory features
- Generating MIS and financial reports
- Develop and deliver training content, exercises, and assignments in Marathi
- Track student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Stay up to date with the latest updates and features in TallyPrime

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Strong knowledge of **TallyPrime** and core accounting principles
- Fluency in conducting sessions in **Marathi**:

- Good communication and presentation skills
- Prior experience as a trainer or instructor is a plus
- Educational background in **Commerce (B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent)**:

- Comfortable using platforms like **Zoom** or **Google Meet** for online classes
- **Tally Certification** preferred (but not mandatory)

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹200.00 - ₹400.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 7 per week
