Roles Responsibilities
- Oversee team responsible for daily, and monthly sales audit activities in a timely manner and in full compliance with policies and procedures
- Ensure adherence to policies, internal control/audit requirements, and service standards
- Achieve daily processing targets
- Analyse and research all discrepancies/exceptions in the process
- Consistently monitor key performance parameters of the process and identify and implement new ways to improve the quality of work.
- Provide reporting daily, weekly, monthly, and on-demand to the top management.
- Observing sales representatives demonstrating products to customers to determine whether they are demonstrating features and benefits effectively
- Examining customer records to identify potential sales leads and opportunities for increased business
- Reviewing data from previous audits to identify recurring problems and determine best practices to prevent them in future
- Experience working on Salesforce and also preferably experience of working in the EdTech industry.
- Ensure project execution is flawless and keep a close eye on every project being serviced.
- Empanel new trainers based on their expertise and passion for freelance training.

Skills Expertise
- An impeccable command over written and spoken English.
- Must possess the ability to converse, handle and operate with internal and external stakeholders, trainers, clients and vendors.
- Attention to detail, research and analysis oriented.
- Ability to train and upskill senior trainers and display industry based expertise.
- Must possess computer literacy and knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel PowerPoint).

**Salary**: ₹488,692.75 - ₹592,546.00 per year
