**About the Job: -**

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Quality Auditor. The Sales QA will be responsible for conducting quality call audits, analyzing and reporting on the results, and ensuring that VMax Wellness's services adhere to internal and external quality standards. The Quality Auditor will work closely with the quality control, quality management, and quality assurance teams.

**Task and Responsibilities:

**Call Monitoring**:

- Regularly monitor tele-sales calls to evaluate compliance with script adherence, regulatory
- requirements, and quality standards.

**Quality Evaluation**:

- Conduct detailed evaluations of sales calls to assess customer interaction, sales techniques,
- and overall service quality.

**Feedback and coaching**:

- Provide constructive feedback to tele-sales representatives based on quality evaluations and

collaborate with the sales training team to develop and deliver targeted coaching sessions.

**Performance Metrics**:

- Track and analyze key performance metrics related to tele-sales quality, identify trends, and

work with the Sales Manager to implement improvement strategies.

**Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of quality evaluations and prepare regular reports highlighting key
- findings, trends, and areas for improvement.Compliance Assurance:

- Ensure that tele-sales activities adhere to all relevant regulations, company policies, and
- industry standards.

**Requirements:

- **
- Bachelors in Marketing or any related field
- Proven experience as a Telesales Quality Auditor or similar role.
- Strong understanding of tele-sales processes, techniques, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to provide constructive feedback.
- Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high-quality standards.

**Points to be Noted**:
Working Hours: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm (Monday to Saturday)

Job Mode: Remote

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
