Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the financial management of the organization including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Presentation of financial results and insights to the Board.
- Providing sound financial support and insights to enable the leadership team to make critical business decisions.
- Reviewing financial statements and reports to ensure that all accounting principles have been followed.
- Compares sales and profit projections to actual figures and budgeted expenses to actual expenses; makes or oversees any necessary adjustments to future projections and budgets.
- Manage all facets of cost accounting including variance reporting, cost control and product costing.
- Assist with month-end close, including accruals, deferrals, and prepaid expenses.
- Analyze variances in Value of Units Sold & Services rendered and operating expenses.
- Managing the External Auditor relationship and ensuring the organization is compliant with accounting standards.
- Managing and tracking budget and accounting information including billing, collections, and tax information
- Reviews planning process and suggests improvements to current methods.
- Works with the Board and other executives to coordinate planning and establish priorities for the planning process.
- Identifies opportunities for expansion into new product or service areas.
- Overseeing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Tax, Treasury, Financial, and Management Accounting functions.
- Advising and implementing best practice methods to increase revenue and reduce costs.
- Should have experience in handling Multiple companies.
- Should be able to handle pressures and deliver within deadlines.

**Required Skills/Abilities**:

- Excellent management and supervisory skills
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

**Education and Experience**:

- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance required.
- Qualified Chartered or Cost accountant preferred.
- Ten to twelve years of increasing responsibility in financial management required.

**Salary**: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
