**Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Reporting and Compliance**:

- Prepare and ensure the accuracy of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).
- Provide timely and accurate internal financial reports to senior management.
- **Budgeting and Forecasting**:

- Assist in the preparation of the company’s annual budget and monitor its execution.
- Create financial forecasts and variance analyses to predict future financial performance.
- **Internal Controls and Audit**:

- Develop and maintain internal control systems to protect company assets and ensure the accuracy of financial information.
- Coordinate internal and external audits, address findings, and implement recommended improvements.
- **Accounts Management**:

- Oversee the accounts payable function to ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices.
- Manage the accounts receivable function, including billing, collections, and credit management.
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing and compliance with relevant tax and labor laws.
- **Financial Analysis**:

- Analyze costs and expenses to identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Oversee project accounting to track project costs, revenues, and profitability.
- **Tax Management**:

- Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and filing requirements, including income tax, sales tax, and payroll taxes.
- Assist in tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities.
- **Financial Systems and Technology**:

- Oversee financial systems and ensure they are properly maintained and updated.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement new financial tools and technologies.
- **Team Leadership and Development**:

- Lead and mentor the accounting team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for accounting staff.
- **Strategic Support**:

- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic business decisions.
- Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s degree or CPA preferred).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.

Pay: ₹587,905.53 - ₹1,935,195.15 per year
