Roles & Responsibilities:
**JOB DETAIL: BUSINESS TRAINER (KARE)**

Designation: Business Trainer - KARE

Employment type: Yearly contract with scope of renewal

**A) JOB PURPOSE**:
The overall purpose of the job is to build the skills of;
a) marketing personnel of brand KARE

b) executives of cross-revenue divisions of KTWO (departments included are; tender, CSR, tele-marketing, digital marketing and AT financing)

to be able to sell products and services offered by brand KARE to customers effectively.

**B) KEY TASKS FOR SPECIFIED DURATION**:_(% indicate weightage attached to each task)_

1. Develop/use tools to map skill set of KARE executives (herein after called ‘marketing executives’) and executives of cross-revenue divisions of KTWO (herein after called ‘digital executives’). Specific skill set based on which employees need to be evaluated are **(10%)**;
a. Lead onboarding

b. Lead conversion

c. Referral onboarding

d. Referral relationship

e. Product knowledge

f. Knowing the customer

g. Sale tactics

h. Communication & listening skills

i. Closing

j. Customer care/service and follow-up

k. Product knowledge

2. Develop in-house training materials for marketing and digital executives **(30%)**.

3. Roll-out of training materials for digital and marketing executives **(50%)**.

4. Develop templates for continuous evaluation, for marketing and digital executives and roll out its implementation **(10%)**.

**B.1) ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBIITIES**:
5. Support the Business Head of KARE in meeting the overall goals of the company

6. Participate in meetings, programs, provide input in reports/documents as necessary

**C) KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs)**:
1. Mapping of digital and marketing executive employees skill set _**(availability of reports)**_

2. Development of training materials _**(availability of training materials)**_

3. Roll out of training programmes _**(availability of reports)**_

4. Development of continuous performance evaluation template _**(availability of template)**_

**D) LOCATION**:
Remote work and will be required to travel extensively within India in the execution of work.

**E) LINE OF REPORTING**:
You will be reporting directly to the Business Head, KARE.

**F) VARIABLE PAY**:
NA

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
