**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Training Development**: Design and develop comprehensive training programs focused on sales techniques, appointment setting strategies, and customer engagement.
- **Conduct Training Sessions**: Facilitate engaging training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching to enhance the skills of sales and appointment setting teams.
- **Performance Evaluation**: Assess trainee performance through role-playing, feedback, and metrics analysis, providing constructive feedback for improvement.
- **Curriculum Enhancement**: Continuously update training materials based on market trends, sales strategies, and feedback from trainees and management.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with sales leadership to identify training needs and align programs with business goals.
- **Mentorship**: Act as a mentor and resource for new hires and existing team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- **Reporting**: Track and report on training effectiveness, trainee progress, and overall team performance metrics.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales and appointment setting, with a track record of achieving targets.
- Previous experience in a training or mentoring role is highly desirable.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, customer relationship management, and lead generation strategies.
- Ability to motivate and inspire others, fostering a positive and productive learning environment.
- Proficient in using CRM tools and training platforms.

**Experience/Characteristics**:

- Experience: 1 to 2 years as a Sales Trainer in the BPO sector.
- Proven track record in training new hires and assisting experienced employees in enhancing their performance.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
