Job Description:
Indian Institute of Placement is seeking a dynamic Research and Development Trainer with a

hands-on experience in the sales field and possess the ability to train and engage participants

effectively. This role requires an individual who is passionate about teaching, mentoring, and

developing innovative training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Research Design and Develop Training Modules: Create comprehensive training materials

and modules focusing on research and development in engineering and business

management.
- Conduct sessions, focusing on various placement-related skills.
- Research, Develop and deliver engaging and interactive training content.
- Develop and maintain training materials, presentations, and resources for online learning.
- Research and stay updated on the latest trends in sales to enhance training content.
- Collaborate with the research and development team to create new modules and improve

existing training programs.
- Provide practical insights and real-life examples from your sales experience to enrich

learning sessions.
- Continuously improve and innovate training delivery methods to maximize trainee

engagement.
- Collaborate with other trainers and team members to improve training programs.
- Participate in webinars and other company events as required.

Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year

- Day shift
