**Role Overview**

This role is ideal for professionals who want to **share knowledge, inspire future engineers, and work flexibly** while continuing their career in design/consultancy.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver **live online training sessions** and recorded lectures on MEP design concepts (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and related software).
- Provide **hands-on training** using industry-standard tools (AutoCAD, Revit MEP, HAP, Dialux, etc.).
- Develop **course materials, case studies, and project-based assignments** for students.
- Mentor and guide students on **MEP design standards, codes, and best practices**.
- Assess student progress, conduct evaluations, and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay updated with **industry trends, software updates, and new technologies** in MEP & BIM.
- Collaborate with ACTMEP’s academic team to **improve course structure and delivery**.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineering (or related field).
- **3-7 years of professional experience** in MEP Design (consultancy, contracting, or construction projects).
- Proficiency in MEP design software**:AutoCAD, Revit MEP, HAP, Dialux, or equivalent**.
- Strong knowledge of **international codes & standards** (ASHRAE, NFPA, IEC, etc.).
- Excellent **communication & presentation skills** in English (teaching experience is a plus).
- Passion for **mentorship, knowledge sharing, and training fresh engineers**.
- Ability to commit to **6**hours/week* (flexible schedule).

**Preferred (Not Mandatory)**
- Previous experience as a trainer, lecturer, or corporate mentor.
- Knowledge of **BIM workflows** and coordination.
- Industry certifications (LEED, PMP, Autodesk Certified Professional, etc.).
