**Job Title: MEP/HVAC Trainer (Part-Time / Remote)**

**Role Summary**:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate MEP/HVAC Trainer to join our academic team. The trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging online sessions, creating educational content, and guiding students in mastering concepts and tools related to Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, with a focus on HVAC design and execution.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct live online training sessions on MEP fundamentals, HVAC design, system layout, and relevant tools.
- Develop and update training content, including course modules, practical assignments, and assessments.
- Explain key industry practices such as heat load calculations, duct design, equipment selection, and system coordination.
- Guide learners through project-based learning and real-life case studies.
- Continuously evaluate learner progress and provide feedback for improvement.
- Stay updated with current trends and technological advancements in the MEP/HVAC industry.
- Collaborate with the curriculum development team to enhance the quality and effectiveness of the course content.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 1-3 years of practical experience in the MEP or HVAC industry or technical training.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, plumbing layout, electrical coordination, and industry standards.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit MEP, HAP, or similar tools (preferred).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and teaching skills.
- Prior experience in delivering online training and familiarity with LMS platforms is an advantage.
- Certification in HVAC/MEP design or software (preferred, but not mandatory).
