**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Conversion**: Engage with potential clients (teachers, professors, institute owners) to understand their needs and guide them towards suitable courses.
- **Enrollment Management**: Handle inquiries and facilitate the enrollment process efficiently.
- **Sales Strategy**: Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly sales targets.
- **CRM Management**: Update and manage all sales activities and client information in the CRM system.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the academic and marketing teams to ensure cohesive operations.
- **Client Support**: Address and resolve client queries through WhatsApp and other communication channels.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in any field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years in B2C sales, preferably in the EdTech industry.

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

**Preferred**:

- Experience in institutional sales.
- Team leadership experience.
