**Job Description: Academic Counsellor**

**Location**: Growthfather Academy, Edapally (Work from Home)
**Salary**: ₹20,000 - ₹22,000 per month
**Experience**: 2 years in academic counseling or related roles
**Target**: Minimum of 5 closures per month

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Academic Counsellor to guide prospective students through our offerings and help them make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective students to understand their goals, provide information on suitable courses, and assist them in selecting the right program.
- Conduct virtual counseling sessions, answer queries, and build rapport to foster trust and drive enrollment.
- Follow up with leads and effectively handle objections to achieve a minimum of 5 course closures per month.
- Maintain and update CRM records to track lead status, conversations, and conversions.
- Stay informed about course offerings and industry trends to effectively communicate program benefits to potential students.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years in academic counseling, student advisory, or sales roles, preferably in the education sector.
- **Sales Skills**: Strong persuasive and closing skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to connect with students of diverse backgrounds.
- **Self-Motivated**: Ability to work independently from home and manage time effectively.
