**Role Overview**
As an Academic Education Counsellor, you will be the first point of contact for students and parents seeking guidance on our EdTech app's tuition courses for grades 4-10. Your primary goal will be to provide comprehensive academic and career counselling, helping prospective students and their families understand the value of our courses and make informed enrolment decisions. **Key Responsibilities**
- **Student and Parent Counselling**: Conduct one-on-one and group counselling sessions (via phone, video call, or in-person) with potential students and their parents to understand their educational needs, goals, and academic challenges.
- **Product Knowledge**: Possess in-depth knowledge of the GKIT EduTech app's course content, features, and benefits for students in grades 4-10. Effectively communicate how our app can help students improve their academic performance.
- **Lead Management**: Engage with inbound and outbound leads, nurturing prospective student relationships through regular and strategic follow-ups to drive enrolment.
- **Sales Conversion**: Convert qualified leads into successful enrolments by effectively demonstrating the value proposition of our courses and addressing any questions or concerns.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build strong, positive relationships with students and parents to foster trust and ensure a smooth admission process.
- **Feedback and Insights**: Collect feedback from prospective users and provide insights to the marketing and product development teams to help improve course offerings and promotional strategies.
- **Target Achievement**: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly admission and sales targets.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all counselling interactions and student information in the company's CRM system.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
