We are seeking confident and dynamic Education Counsellor with exceptional communication skills, full of energy and a growth-oriented attitude to join an existing successful team. We offer full comprehensive product and system training.

**About The Role**:
The Education Counsellor guides students through the enrolment process, from initial enquiry to finalising payment. This includes:

- Employ CRM systems and other tools to manage leads, monitor sales, generate reports; Respond to client inquiries, assist applicants, and provide status updates

**We are excited about you because you have**:

- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Demonstrated ability to contribute towards problem solving, and the ability to think flexibly and review processes for continuous improvement.

**You will also have**:

- 2 years of experience in a similar role is mandatory.
- Fluency in English required.
- Excellent organisation skills, with a proven ability to successfully manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Passionate about sales and learning new things everyday.
- This position provides you with an opportunity to work from home, however, a quiet workspace free from distractions and outside noise is required.

**Working Hours**:   

Monday to Friday 5:00 am to 2:00 pm, Saturday 5:00 am to 10:30 am
