Job Description for BDE:
Job Title - Business Development Executive
Reports To - Sales Manager
Skills Required - TeleCaller / Counseling / Outbound Calling

**Roles and Responsibilities **
- Call Potential learners and engage with them
- Post Engagement, Convert these learners into paid customers (Have to pitch for JEE,NEET Courses)
- Respond quickly to assigned leads
- Use and become an expert on the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
- Keep updated with the product offerings and process changes
- Work on the lines of highest ethical and moral standards and as set by the company

**Input Metrics/Daily Target -**
- 9 hours Shift and 6 working days in a week
- Deliver 5.5 hours of total talk time & 4 hours of connected talk time on a daily basis
- Achieving Sales Targets on a month-on-month basis Input Metrics/Daily Target

**Requirements -**
- Any Graduate / PostGraduate
- Proven experience of atleast 6 months in Outbound Calling, TeleSales (EdTech sector or as an Education Counselor is an added advantage) Knowledge of NEET and JEE courses is must
- Proficient in English and Hindi / Negotiation
- Pitching and dealing with clients/Persistent and results-oriented
- Multi-disciplinary, continuous learning mind-set
- Customer focus with good convincing ability and confident personality
- Immediate Joiners
- Have their own laptops and an active internet connection along with a working camera
- Video / Camera on is compulsory for training as well as interview rounds

**Salary -** INR 15,000/- per month

**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 per month
