To expand our reach, we are looking for **female Stock Market Counsellors** with **1-3 years of relevant experience** in financial education or stock market counselling.

**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Counselling & Advisory**:

- Guide students, professionals, and traders on stock market courses and career scope.
- Recommend suitable learning programs based on their needs and experience level.
- **Lead Management & Conversion**:

- Convert leads into confirmed enrolments with professional follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate lead and student records in CRM.
- **Community & Events**:

- Represent **Bull Bear Cubs** in webinars, workshops, and orientation sessions.
- Address queries and build trust with learners.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work with sales & marketing teams to maximize enrolments.
- Provide feedback from students to improve courses and processes.
- Minimum **1 to 3 years of experience** in:

- Counselling for stock market / finance courses, OR
- Financial advisory, stock market institutes, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of **stock market basics, trading, and investments**.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business, or related field.
- Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English; regional language is a plus).
- Energetic, empathetic, and persuasive personality.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms.
