We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated **Freelance Education Counsellors** who can guide students, working professionals, and career changers towards the right IT courses at CodeSphere Academy. This is a performance-driven, **incentive-based freelance role** - perfect for individuals with strong communication, counseling, and networking skills.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Counsel and guide prospective students regarding IT courses, certifications, and career paths.
- Understand learner needs, goals, and backgrounds to suggest suitable courses.
- Promote CodeSphere Academy’s IT programs through calls, social media, field visits, and personal networks.
- Convert leads into admissions by building trust and providing career clarity.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and enrollment status.
- Achieve monthly/weekly enrollment targets to maximize incentives.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in education counseling, sales, or student recruitment preferred (IT/EdTech domain a plus).
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with self-motivation.
- Strong networking ability (students, professionals, colleges, job seekers).
- Basic knowledge of IT/Software courses is desirable (training will be provided).
- Access to phone, internet, and laptop for remote counseling.
