As an **Educational Counselor/ Consultant** at Meenath Education Private Limited, you will play a pivotal role in guiding students, parents, and professionals toward achieving their academic and career aspirations. You will provide expert advice on courses, career options, admission processes, and training programs, ensuring students make informed decisions about their education paths.

**1. Counseling & Guidance**:

- Provide one-on-one counseling to students and parents regarding educational opportunities, career paths, and admission processes.
- Assist students in identifying their strengths, weaknesses, and career goals.
- Address concerns related to academic programs, scholarships, and financial aid options.

**2. Admission Assistance**:

- Guide students in selecting appropriate colleges, universities, or training programs based on their interests and qualifications.
- Liaise with educational institutions for updates on admission criteria and procedures.

**3. Training & Development**:

- Conduct workshops and seminars on career planning, personality development, and interview preparation.
- Provide guidance on skill development and exam preparation strategies (e.g., for competitive exams).

**4. Market Research & Updates**:

- Stay updated on trends in education, new courses, and job market demands.
- Develop strategies to provide tailored advice to students based on their specific needs.

**5. Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions.
- Act as a bridge between students and universities, ensuring smooth communication.

**6. Reporting & Analysis**:

- Prepare reports on student outcomes and counseling performance metrics.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Education, Psychology, or a related field).
- Proven experience in educational counseling or consultancy.
- Strong understanding of national and international education systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and CRM software.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
