As a Tele Counselor at eduvertex, your primary responsibility is to schedule appointments for counseling and demo sessions at the Thane center. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from home. Your duties include:

- Providing information about eduvertex's programs, courses, and services.
- Understanding the needs and preferences of potential students to offer tailored counseling solutions.
- Scheduling appointments for counseling sessions and demos at the Thane center based on availability.
- Following up with clients to ensure attendance and address any concerns or queries they may have.
- Maintaining accurate records of appointments and communications in the designated system or software.
- Collaborating with other team members, such as counselors and administrative staff, to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Your role as a Counselor plays a vital part in attracting and engaging prospective students, ultimately contributing to the growth and success of eduvertex

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
