Academic Counselor-bde

As an **Academic Counsellor (Sales)**, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students with regards to academic and career goals. You will work closely with students to help them overcome any difficulties they face academically, and help them plan their academic journey. You will also be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls, and closing sales deals.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide guidance and support to students with regards to academic and career goals
- Work closely with students to help them overcome any difficulties they face academically

- Generate leads and make outbound calls to potential customers
- Provide accurate information about our products and services
- Address customer concerns and help improve sales
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Maintain a database of customer information
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in the EdTech industry
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam or Tamil
- Strong sales and persuasion skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
