**Job Overview**: As an Academic Counselor at our university, you will play a crucial role in guiding and supporting students in their academic journey. You will provide valuable advice and assistance to help students navigate their educational paths successfully. **Duties**: - Conduct one-on-one academic advising sessions with students - Educate students on degree requirements, course selection, and academic policies - Assist students in creating academic plans tailored to their goals - Analyze student transcripts and progress to ensure they are on track for graduation - Provide mentoring and support to help students overcome academic challenges - Conduct interviews to assess students' needs and aspirations - Collaborate with faculty and staff to support student success - Utilize educational software such as PeopleSoft and Ellucian for student record management **Skills**: - Strong background in education administration - Proficiency in academic advising techniques - Excellent public speaking and communication skills - Ability to mentor and guide students effectively - Strong analytical skills to assess student progress and needs - Experience in interviewing students to understand their goals - Familiarity with university systems and procedures Join our team as an Academic Counselor and make a meaningful impact on the academic journey of our students.

Pay: ₹425,000.00 per year
