EDUVOGUE is seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Freelance Education Counselor to join our team on a commission basis. As an Freelance Education Counselor, you will play a vital role in promoting our educational programs and guiding prospective students towards making informed decisions about their academic journey. This position offers an excellent opportunity to earn attractive commissions based on successful student enrollment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide comprehensive information about our institution's educational programs, admission requirements, and scholarship opportunities to interested students.
- Assess and understand the educational needs and aspirations of prospective students, tailoring counseling sessions accordingly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students
- Keep abreast of the latest trends in the education industry and maintain in-depth knowledge of our institution's offerings.
- Achieve set targets and objectives for student enrollments, meeting or exceeding monthly commission goals.
- Track and manage leads, student inquiries, and enrollments efficiently.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute strategies to drive student leads and conversions.
- Participate in training sessions and professional development activities to enhance counseling skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in educational counselling, sales, or marketing is preferred.
- A passion for education and the ability to articulate the benefits of our educational programs convincingly.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads and enquiries simultaneously
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.

**Commission Structure**:

- As an Education Counselor on a commission basis, you will be eligible to earn a competitive commission for each successful student enrolment. The commission structure will be discussed during the interview process.
- Upon the completion of each enrollment, you will be eligible to earn Rs. 15,000.
