**Job Summary**:
As a freelance student counselor, you will support students in making informed academic and career decisions. You’ll work independently or with educational consultancies to provide personalized counseling, helping students manage educational pathways, career goals, stress, and other student life issues.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Career & Academic Guidance**:

- Assess students’ interests, abilities, and personality traits.
- Provide information on course selection, college admissions, scholarships, and exams.
- Help with planning academic pathways (e.g., high school to university transitions).
- **Emotional & Mental Health Support**:

- Provide a listening ear and safe space for students.
- Help manage stress, anxiety, time management, and motivation.
- Refer to clinical psychologists if deeper intervention is needed.
- **Workshops & Seminars**:

- Conduct webinars, workshops, or group sessions on topics like goal setting, exam stress, and career exploration.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain session notes and track student progress.
- Prepare customized reports or development plans.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 30 months

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹34,289.12 per month

Expected hours: No less than 1 per week

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
