**Job Title**: Admission Counselor

**Job Summary**:The Admission Counselor will guide prospective students and parents through the admission process, promote university programs, and ensure a seamless enrollment experience. This role requires strong counselling, communication, and administrative skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Student Counseling**:

- Educate students and parents about university programs, admission criteria, and procedures.
- Address inquiries and provide personalized guidance.

**2. Administrative Support**:

- Assist with admission-related documentation and processes.

**3. Communication and coordination**:

- Collaborate with departments to ensure smooth enrollment.
- Participate in admission events and orientations.

**4. Technical Proficiency**:

- Utilize MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP systems for reporting and data management.

**5. Experience and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication, organizational, and counselling skills are essential.

**6. Preferred Qualification**:

- Training or experience in counselling and a proactive approach to engaging with students.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹5,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

- Day shift
