**Job Role & Responsibilities**

As an **Admission Counselor**, you will be responsible for guiding students and parents about our programs and assisting them through the admission process.
- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, eligibility, career scope, and admission procedures.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls.
- Maintain follow-ups with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Explain program features, curriculum, fee structure, and payment plans clearly.
- **Only 1st Month Target.**:

- Maintain accurate student records and reports in the Excel Sheet.
- Coordinate with academic and marketing teams for smooth admission operations.

**Key Skills Required**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi preferred).
- Strong convincing and counseling ability.
- Basic knowledge of education/career counseling.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace and excel.
- Positive attitude and target-driven mindset.

**Qualifications**
- Graduate in any discipline (12th pass or Graduate, Counseling, or Education preferred).
- 0-3 years of experience in counseling/admissions/tele-sales (Freshers with good communication skills may also apply). Fresher can Apply
