Job Role & Responsibilities

As an Admission Counselor, you will be responsible for guiding students and parents about our programs and assisting them through the admission process.

  • Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, eligibility, career scope, and admission procedures.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls.
  • Maintain follow-ups with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
  • Explain program features, curriculum, fee structure, and payment plans clearly.
  • Assist students with application forms, documentation, and enrollment procedures.
  • Only 1st Month Target.
  • Maintain accurate student records and reports in the Excel Sheet.
  • Coordinate with academic and marketing teams for smooth admission operations.

Key Skills Required

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi preferred).
  • Strong convincing and counseling ability.
  • Basic knowledge of education/career counseling.
  • Good organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace and excel.
  • Positive attitude and target-driven mindset.

Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline (12th pass or Graduate, Counseling, or Education preferred).
  • 0–3 years of experience in counseling/admissions/tele-sales (Freshers with good communication skills may also apply). Fresher can Apply
