**Overview**:
We are seeking a highly customer-centric Admissions Counselor / Senior Admissions Counselor to join our team. This role is essential in guiding students through the admissions process, helping them select the right courses, and supporting them throughout their enrollment journey. You will be responsible for communicating with prospective students, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth and positive sales experience.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- **Admissions Process Management**: Oversee and guide students through the entire admission process, ensuring a smooth experience from inquiry to enrollment.
- **Student Counseling**: Conduct detailed consultations to assess student needs, goals, and career aspirations to recommend suitable courses.
- **Course Promotion & Advisement**: Effectively explain course benefits and features, using a tailored approach to match each student's individual needs.
- **Pipeline Development**: Identify and cultivate referrals from the existing student base to expand the sales pipeline.
- **Objection Handling**: Address student concerns and answer questions about course content, enrollment procedures, and payment options.
- **Sales Conversion**: Motivate students to enroll by presenting promotions, flexible payment plans, and other incentives (when applicable).
- **Data Management**: Maintain accurate records in our CRM system, ensuring all student interactions and enrollments are documented.
- **Target Achievement**: Work toward achieving and surpassing personal enrollment goals, contributing to the company’s sales objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in admissions counseling, sales, or customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with prospective students.
- Ability to understand and convey course benefits effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and computer literacy.
- Knowledge of educational course offerings, especially in areas like AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Solar Design (preferred).
